Passover Greetings from the State Officials

For the Passover Holiday, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Istanbul Mayor Ekrem Imamoğlu sent their greetings to the Turkish Jewish Community, via their Twitter accounts.

President Erdoğan in his Passover Holiday message said, "I salute our Jewish citizens with my sincerest feelings, on the occasion of the Passover Holiday which is one of the most important religious holidays of Judaism."

Mayor of Istanbul Ekrem Imamoğlu in his greeting via his Twitter account wrote, "I wish a happy Passover to our Jewish citizens. We may have to remain physically distant from each other in these tough times, but we stand heart to heart as one community. Looking forward to happier days when we'll celebrate holidays together joyfully. Hag Pesach Sameach!"

CHP President Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and Deputy for Istanbul Mustafa Yeneroğlu also sent their best wishes for our Passover Holiday via their Twitter accounts.
