Yinon Muallem and Mor Karbasi are getting ready for a very special event where they will share the same stage at Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall (CRR). April 4, 2023

The composer, lutist, and writer Yinon Muallem who had lived in Istanbul for many years, will be sharing the same stage with the world-renowned and popular name of Ladino music Israeli Mor Karbasi, at the Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall, on April 8th. During the concert 'Istanbul & Tel Aviv', Muallem will perform the compositions he created inspired by his book with the same title and his memories of these two cities. Mor Karbasi, with whom he has shared the same stage during international festivals, and who is considered one of the divas of the world music scene will perform a repertoire of both her own compositions and traditional songs.

In addition to the valuable musicians that will accompany them during the concert, another guest performer is ChanCé from Turkey... She has recently sung and recorded the traditional song known as 'Shecharhoret', in both Turkish and Hebrew with the Turkish version arranged by Muallem as 'Sevdiceğim'.
