Turkey and Israel Appointing Ambassadors Again

During the joint press conference held together with Jeenbek Kulubayev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, made statements concerning the diplomatic relations with Israel.
Turkey and Israel Appointing Ambassadors Again

Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu announced that they have taken the decision to mutually appoint ambassadors with Israel. The decision has come following a recent telephone conversation between Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid stated, "The decision to appoint ambassadors is very important for regional stability."

The statement made via the official Twitter account of the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel said, "The resumption of relations with Türkiye is an important asset for regional stability and very important economic news for the citizens of Israel. We will continue to strengthen Israel's standing in the world. Following conversation between Prime Minister Yair Lapid and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan – Israel and Türkiye restore full diplomatic ties."
