The war environment in the north of our country, causing the deaths of hundreds of soldiers and civilians, especially children, besides a lot of financial losses, has deeply saddened the Chief Rabbi of Turkish Jews Isak Haleva.
The prayer passage specially composed by Chief Rabbi Haleva with this perspective was recited in all the synagogues in Turkey during the Shabbat prayer, on Saturday.
Chief Rabbi, with this specially composed prayer, has turned to the Almighty God, based on the holy Torah texts, and prayed to bestow peace on earth and establish love and understanding among the people.
