Farewell Visit from US Ambassador

The Notre-Dame de Sion Literature Awards were presented to their owners at a ceremony held at the Palais de France (French Palace) in Galatasaray, Istanbul, on June 9th. While the French writer Clara Dupont-Monod won the literature award with her novel ´S´adapter (And the Stones Cry Out)´, Bahadırhan Bozkurt, who translated her work into Turkish with the title ´Taşların Anlattığı´, was deemed worthy of "The Lizi Behmoaras Translation Award."

Izel Rozental, the master of caricature art, celebrated his 35th anniversary as an artist with a special interview. During the event moderated by Dr. Işıl Demirel, the guests embarked on a journey through memory along with the artist´s new book, ´Çifte Kavrulmuş - Double Roasted.´
