A Meaningful Passover During Corona
We are getting ready to celebrate the Passover Festival, which symbolizes our being freed from slavery, with a different kind of significance next week. April 3, 2020
While the whole world is under the effect of the Coronavirus, the Jewish world is getting ready to celebrate Passover which reminds us of being freed from slavery. The tradition of whole families' friends' getting together for a crowded Passover Seder, will have to be altered this year.
During these days when the Coronavirus pandemic forces everyone to stay at home, Passover will be celebrated either with immediate family or even alone. Turkish Jewish Community is using many digital sources to be able to assist the members of the community, especially the young ones, who will celebrate Passover in their own homes for the first time.
