Moris Karmona Declared War On Bullying With His Book "Morhis"

Moris Karmona's book "Morhis (meaning 'purple feeling' in Turkish, but also sounds like the writer's own name)" where he wrote his life story, has been published in Turkish.

Karmona, who has included his life story, the bullying he suffered, and his struggle through life in the book, aims to inspire young people with autism.

Moris Karmona, a 42-year-old man with autism spectrum disorder, living in Karşıyaka, Izmir, compiled past events and wrote an 86-page book in one year. Karmona, who took action when many people around him, especially the administrators and members of the 'Kedi [Cat] Autism Foundation', stated, "I wrote this book to tell what a young person with autism has gone through, what he has accomplished until today, and what the young people with autism go through, the discrimination and prejudice they face, and how they should deal with these."
