Prof. Dr. Selim Kaneti

The book '60 Years 60 Articles (60 Yıl 60 Makale)', published (in Turkish) for the 60th year anniversary of the founding of the Turkish Constitutional Court, consists of articles prepared by Turkish academics working in the fields of human rights, constitutional law, and constitutional justice and those previously published in various scientific publications since 1962, the year the Constitutional Court had been founded.

The commission devised for the preparation of the book, selected Prof. Dr. Selim Kaneti's article titled "The Boundaries of Legislative Power and Executive's Regulatory Power According to the Decisions of the Constitutional Court" for the year 1994, which corresponds to the 33rd year, and has included it in the book.

In the book that has been published in two volumes, Prof. Dr. Selim Kaneti's article is placed on pages 607-619 of the first volume.
