Jerfi Aji & Vassia Alati
During the concert, the young and talented Soprano Vassia Alati, honored with the Maria Callas scholarship, performed some works of Handel, Mozart, Brahms, Bellini, and Rossini, which Callas made a mark with her unique voice and performance. Jerfi Aji, who has performed many concerts himself, accompanied Vassia Alati at the piano.
The Consul General of Greece in Istanbul, Georgina Sultanopoulou, during her greeting, talked about the works of Maria Callas and the talents of these two young artists who are carrying the musical heritage of the famous soprano to the young generations.
The Metropolitan of Derkoi Apostolos Daniilidis, Metropolitan of Kırklareli Andreas Sofianopoulos, Patriarchal Deacon Iakovos Krochak, representatives of foreign diplomatic missions, journalists, the Greek reporters, and many guests attended this beautiful concert.
