´Black Week Istanbul Festival´

The first and only crime fiction organization of Turkey, the 'Black Week Istanbul Festival' is being organized with the sponsorship of the Istanbul Municipality for the 6^th time. The festival theme this year is the master of crime fiction, famous American writer and poet Edgar Allan Poe. The festival eagerly awaited by literature lovers, will be held online between dates November 26 and 29.

In the festival sessions, besides Ian Rankin, Michael Kardos, Niklas Nat och Dag who are internationally known writers in crime fiction, also Ahmet Ümit, Ayşe Erbulak, Elçin Poyrazlar, Erol Üyepazarcı, Hakan Günday, Mesut Demirbilek, Onur Saylak, Sevil Atasoy, Su Tunç, Suat Duman, and Taner Ay will take place.

In the organization where 18 different guests will be hosted in 10 different sessions, some of the moderators will be Serhan Bali, Sevin Okyay, and Tanıl Bora. The online sessions organized in the context of the festival will be able to be watched via the kültür.istanbul YouTube channel, free of charge.
