Online Educational Activities by the Museum of Turkish Jews

The Quincentenial Foundation Museum of Turkish Jews performed an online education for children with the artist Reysi Kamhi Mitrani, on Wednesday, May 20th. Mitrani taught the kids to create flowered door ornaments out of eggshells. The children had a fun and fulfilling activity with the artist who also shares her kids' workshops via her @journey_artmakingsharing Instagram account.

The second activity of this week will be performed today, May 21st at 17:00, with Beril Alçeh Yeruham (@justpaper_byberil) via the museum's Instagram account @jewishmuseumofturkey. The participants will create a Heart Frame using the 'Quilling' art style which involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together.

The museum authorities are stating that they wish to continue these activities for young people, after the museum opens its doors once again. If you want to be notified of these activities, all you need to do is register at the www.muze500.com Museum website.
