Inquiry Motion from Parliamentarian Paylan to ´Gerçek Hayat´ Magazine´s Insubstantial Claims

The insubstantial claims in the ´FETO Special Edition´ of ´Gerçek Hayat´ Magazine´ belonging to the Albayrak Media Group was brought to the Parliament´s agenda by Parliamentarian Garo Paylan.

The 'FETO Special Edition' of 'Gerçek Hayat' Magazine belonging to the Albayrak Media Group, had included Turkish Chief Rabbi Isak Haleva, Turkish Orthodox Patriarch Bartholomeos, and Turkish Armenian 82. Patriarch late Shenork I. Kaloustian, in a hate speech, showing them as targets. This issue was brought to the parliament's agenda by Parliamentarian Garo Paylan.

While Paylan stated, "The magazine that alienated and marked the minority identities as targets, has created worries and reactions among the Turkish Armenians, Orthodox Greeks, and Jews", he added that they had presented the inquiry motion on the issue to Fuat Oktay, Counsellor to the President.

In the image of the magazine that had been shared in the social media, the three religious leaders were placed among the people who were claimed to be 'FETO's Servants (FETÖ'nün Ayakları)', and the Turkish Jewish, Armenian, and Orthodox Greek communities had condemned the publication.
